Welcome to a special edition of the Founderland Newsletter. In this issue, we are celebrating the kickoff of Compass 2022, our inaugural investor-readiness accelerator. You will meet the founders in the 2022 cohort, their startups, and our programme partners.
In building Compass, we aimed to create the accelerator of our dreams, backed by our assumptions and survey data. We got very specific on the purpose and who Compass was created for.
And today, we are kicking off our five week programme! Compass is built by founders, for founders, and is packed with hands-on workshops and sessions that help navigate women of colour founders through negotiation and pitching with bias in play.
